Order Queries
Use this Order Query form to send us a question regarding your order. You will need to input your order number so please have it ready.
If you have a query regarding an in-store order for a home delivered showroom kitchen or bedroom, contact our Showroom Team on 0870 6011216 (we are open Monday to Friday 9:00am- 5:30pm). Please have your order number ready.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to talk to us directly about an online order, please call us on 0845 279 9898. We are open Monday to Friday (8:00am - 8:00pm), and Saturday (8:30am to 5:30pm).
Product Queries
Use this Product Query form to send us a request for further information on any of our products.
Response Time
Wickes attempts to respond to all e-mailed queries in a timely manner. Once we have received an e-mail, we endeavour to answer (rather than offer an auto acknowledgement) by close-of-business on the following day, Monday to Thursday. Answers to e-mails received on Friday can be expected by close-of-business on the following Monday.
Door Delivery
To arrange home delivery of a door, please call us on 01604 663 743, 9:00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
